2. Warranty & Product Policy
Warranty Coverage
All products and services come with a manufacturer warranty as per brand terms. Additional service warranties may be offered based on the scope of work.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage or mishandling
- Damage caused by external electrical faults or water leakage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
3. Installation & Service Terms
- All installations are carried out by trained professionals.
- Site readiness is the client’s responsibility (e.g., electrical connections, civil work).
- Post-installation checks and basic user training are included.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are available for continued support.
4. Cancellation & Return Policy
Product Returns
Returns are subject to the return policy of the respective AC brand. Installed units are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel a service appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payment Policy
- We accept payments via UPI, NEFT, and all major bank transfers.
- A 50% advance is required for large projects or equipment orders.
- Final payments are due upon successful installation or service delivery.
